Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ingredients :
For Pancakes:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • (OR use a boxed pancake batter)
Cinnamon Filling:
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Cream Cheese Glaze:
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Asparagus Salmon in a Foil

Foil Baked Salmon Recipe - This is the easiest way to make salmon in foil. It is baked over a bed of asparagus. You infuse your salmon with lemon, onion and dried oregano for a richer flavor. Gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets (It is about 4 once each)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 16 Asparagus spears
  • 2 (40g) slices of onions
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium bowl, place the two pieces of salmon; pour 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Cut two sheets of foil. It has to be big enough to wrap the salmon and asparagus.
First place asparagus (about 8 spears) on the sheet of foil.
Layer fillets over asparagus.
Then top each with about 2 onion slices and 2 lemon slices.
Wrap sides of foil inward over salmon then fold on top and bottom of foil to enclose.
Place foil packets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. (if you cook more than this asparagus might be soggy)
Unwrap and using a large spatula, transfer the foil packets to plates and serve warm.

EASY OVEN #BAKED SPICY CHICKEN TACOS


Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 (1 ounce) packet Old El Paso Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
10 Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Taco Shells
1/2 (16 ounce) can Old El Paso Refried Beans
2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
Toppings such as Old El Paso sliced Jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite taco toppings!

2 packages Active Dry Yeast, 0.25 Ounce Packets
8 cups All-purpose Flour + 1 Cup

2 cups Brown Sugar

Marinated Beef Kabobs


Ingredients
2 pounds lean beef cut into 2 inch cubes

Marinade:
2 T beef stock or red wine
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. steak seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
black pepper to taste
2 bay leaves

Peanut Butter Oreo Chocolate Bark





Ingredients:

BOTTOM LAYER:
24 whole Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup powdered (confectioners') sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
5 ounces semisweet melting chocolate, like Bakers or Ghirardelli brands
