ingredients
1 small pointed cabbage approx. 800 g
2 tbsp olive oil
250 g organic ground beef
500 ml vegetable stock
2 teaspoon paprika powder sweet
2 teaspoons smoked paprika powder
Natural yoghurt to serve

instructions
Wash the cabbage, halve, remove the stalk and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry minced meat in it, then add cabbage and vegetable broth.
Simmer for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is still a bit crunchy.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper and enjoy with a dollop of natural yoghurt.
