Chicken and Black Bean Green Chili Rice Skillet





INGREDIENTS
2 cups brown rice, uncooked
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup white onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
two 4 ounce cans green chiles from can
3/4 cup black beans, drained (about 1/2 15 ounce can)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 lime, juiced
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken (I used THIS recipe)
1 teaspoon hot sauce (I used Cholula)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
