1 Tablespoon ground thyme (or fresh chopped)
3 large eggs
3 large egg whites
3/4 cup milk*
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2/3 cup shredded cheese*
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
