1 cup frozen corn kernels
2 green onions
¼ bunch cilantro (divided)
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
⅓ cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic
