Salted Chocolate Caramel Clusters
Try spraying some parchment paper with Pam before you place the clusters down. Also, make sure they are completely cool before you lift them up!
Ingredients :
- 8 oz of pecan halves, toasted
- 14 oz package of caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 12 oz package of dark chocolate pieces
- 2 ounces of white chocolate, chopped
- Fleur de Sel
