Salted Chocolate Caramel Clusters

Try spraying some parchment paper with Pam before you place the clusters down. Also, make sure they are completely cool before you lift them up!

Ingredients :

8 oz of pecan halves, toasted
14 oz package of caramel candies, unwrapped
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 oz package of dark chocolate pieces
2 ounces of white chocolate, chopped
Fleur de Sel
