• 2 cups sugar
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup boiling water
• Chocolate Frosting:
• 12 Tbsp. butter, softened
• 5 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup cocoa
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla
